I am so excited it is finally summer and time to enjoy afternoons and evenings outside. The barbecue is ready and I can't wait to soak up all the fun summer moments. Do you have a favorite summer activity you are looking forward to? Our weather is still pretty up and down right now in Spokane. This week it was 95 degrees one day and then stormy and 60's the next day. I know in a few weeks I will probably be dreaming of 70-degree weather once the temperature tops 100 degrees outside.

My goal is to make a ton of barbecue recipes and new slow cooker recipes. I try to not turn my stove on if possible during the summer and keep the house as cool as possible. I do everything I can to keep us cool and not heat up the house. Making Bahama Mama Ice Pops is the perfect way to keep cool and enjoy a nice relaxed moment.
