"I have been with Dr. Otting since late 2013 , lots of changes from then until now. Some good some not. We are both perfectionist in our own way which can lead to conflict, but it always works out, some of the staff says we act like brothers. But 99.99% of the time he and I are 100% on the same page, sometimes there is a wait but when you get a doctor like Otting who does what he does and here recently not a good staff support and you have to go back and fix all their mistakes it puts more strain on the team. He needs a PA or a NP that is going to work with him that his patients can trust so he can eliminate the long wait. He is the best at what he does in my opinion, I’m still able to walk and have some sort of life because of him and his team. I might be limited but it’s still better than the alternative."

"DONT go to him! You can follow every rule there is for pain management and never miss an appt and he will leave you hanging for DAYS with no meds. And they will then give every excuse in the book why they haven't been sent to your pharmacy yet. His office staff will lie to your face over and over telling you they are "working on" it and that they were sent and they aren't still. He's done this to me THREE times in 2 yrs seeing him. It shouldn't be this stressful when you already live in daily pain, then have to beg and chase your meds which just makes you hurt evn more! He's specially trained in the field of pain management he KNOWS that when a patient goes without their meds they are going to go into withdrawals eventually and yet they still don't care! Who does that to their patients? This guy right here does! Stay far away from any of his 4 offices or you will regret it like I am now while I sit here 6 days passed my refill dates on my meds! "

"I had been a patient of Dr. Ottings for four years. This past year I've waited for more than 3 hours. Before my last visit which was scheduled for a Thursday I received a phone call that Monday telling me that my appointment had to be moved to Tuesday. I asked if this was one of those appointments that I would have to wait 3 hours to be seen. If so I would not leave work for a 440 appointment if I'm not going to be seen for three hours. I won't have to miss money to wait. I was told that I wouldn't have to wait and that he would be on time. I go in and wait 3 hours. When Dr Otting walked in I said, Dr. Otting I've been here for three hours. He said I've been here all day and I'm done apologizing. I said, did you apologize and he said no I didn't and no I'm not and if you're going to continue to discuss this I'm walking out. He pulled up his sleeves and says I'm the best at what I do.
