How do I reset my honor health password? ›

I forgot my password. What should I do? A: Click the Forgot password link on the MyChart sign-in page or the Forgot Password or Username? link in the MyChart app or call the HonorHealth Customer Navigation Center at 623-580-5800 to request a new, secure password.

MyChart is a free, easy-to-use, secure website that gives you access to your health information quickly and conveniently from your computer, smartphone or tablet.

The Company code is HonorHealth123 • Then log in as usual with your Staff Member Self Service User Name (Employee ID) and Password • You'll still be prompted to receive a verification code to log into the mobile site.

This service does not cost you anything and can help your doctor and health care providers, including those outside of HonorHealth, to better coordinate your care by securely sharing your health information through a system called Epic CareEverywhere.

You can reset your password with the client on your phone/tablet: (1) If you are not logged in: Go to the account login page inSettings on your phone/tablet and select Forgot password. (2) If you are logged in: Go to Account center > Account & security > Change password.

If you try to log in unsuccessfully too many times, you might be locked out of the account. In this case, you won't be able to reset your password yourself. For help resetting passwords and regaining access to your account, please reach out to your healthcare organization's MyChart support desk.

Look for an activation code on your After Visit Summary or in an email or text message from your healthcare organization. Follow the instructions provided with your activation code to create your MyChart account.
