This Instant Pot Ramen recipe is seriously soooooooeasy to make. Atrue dump and start recipe, all that’s needed is to toss in all of the ingredients, set it, then sit back and let the Instant Pot do the work.

Ramen noodles have become increasingly popular, with specialty ramen shops popping up all over. No longer just cheap food for students on a budget, ramen has reached high-end culinary trend status. And I, for one, am quite happy about this.

Recipe : Instant Pot Potato Soup.

But if you live outside the city or are a full-fledged country dweller like me, there is no local artisan ramen noodle bar to pop into whenever the craving strikes. Thankfully, owning an Instant Pot means you can quickly and easily whip up your very own delectable bowl of ramen in no time at all. #instantpotforthewin

This recipe for Instant Pot Ramen is full of fantastic flavor. And to really up the umami factor, go beyond the plain old button mushroom and choose a mushroom (or a combination of mushrooms) with a distinctive flavor profile. I looooooove the rich, buttery, almost meaty quality that shiitake mushrooms add to these ramen noodles.
