Free in-store water testing & customized treatment plan - We pioneered complimentary in-store water testing, and have conducted more than 40 million tests. Our proprietary AccuBlue® technology tests for 10 unique aspects of water chemistry, and we provide a customized treatment plan with every test.

Free in-store labor on repairs - We provide complimentary in-store equipment repair, which we offer to all customers with the purchase of Leslie’s replacement parts. Over the past fifteen years, we have conducted more than one million in-store repairs.

In-field services - We employ the industry’s largest in-field service network, consisting of more than 200 pool and spa care service professionals who have the expertise to provide essential, on-site equipment installation and repair services for residential and commercial customers throughout the continental United States.

Rewards Program - In 2014, we launched the industry’s first loyalty program, which helps track loyalty members’ water treatment history and prescriptions, and also rewards them for shopping with us.
