The salad is served with a creamy Italian dressing that has a tangy and slightly sweet flavor. This dressing is a highlight and a key component of the dining experience at Olive Garden.

Besides the wonderful taste, another thing that makes Olive Garden’s salad unique is that it’s all-you-can-eat, with servers frequently refilling your bowl throughout the meal.
